I look forward to your support on the link. This way I can write more often and more frequently, and my book will be published sooner. https://www.buymeacoffee.com/FragilePeople/

Recently I have seen a powerful surge of interest in the topic of narcissism. It seems that what new can be said about it? It is well known how unpleasant narcissists are and how dangerous they are to their surroundings.

Among this chorus, there are a small number of voices who are trying not only to diagnose and denounce narcissism, but also to tell us what kind of mental drama defines the narcissistic character and what kind of suffering it is fraught with for the narcissist himself. I will write about narcissism from this side. But I want to make the most important point: whatever psychological traits we possess, we are much more than our diagnoses, character traits, and coping abilities. We are even more than the suffering that underlies it all. So in describing the character itself, the causes of the character, the defense strategies of the narcissist, I ask you to see behind it all as simply human. No more and no less, no worse and no better than all those others who do not possess such peculiarities.

Besides, this book is not just about narcissists. It’s about their “secret” order: about those who usually will not be called narcissistic egoists. On the contrary, they are very, very “modest”. Insecure, always doubting, attacking themselves for any slip-up or mistake.

Exhausted and exhausted by the demands on themselves. And yet claiming to be strong, flawless and perfectly coping with everything in life. Such hidden, or, to put it differently, deficit, narcissism has a lot of manifestations, which I will try to present for you in the form of a single and understandable “picture”, starting from the very origins….
